Notice is hereby served that the Provincial Government of Compostela Valley thru the Prov'l. Appraisal and Disposal Body otherwise known as BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE located at Capitol Building Compostela Valley Province, will sell the following Unserviceable equipment Motor vehicles and materials with appraised value offered by lot and itemized awarding at PUBLIC AUCTION on Dec. 04, 2012 .Dropping of Bid Entries shall be from 8:00 A. M. to 1:00 PM . Opening of bids shall start at 2:00 P.M. at the same date (Note: Bid box shall be closed at Exactly 1:PM ) .Venue is BAC Secretariat Office, Ground Floor, Right wing, Prov'l CapitolBldg., Cabidianan, Nabunturan,Compostela Valley

NOTE:
- The above items can be inspected at Provincial Rehabilitation Center and Provincial Capitol of Compostela Valley Province.
- The above articles will be sold through SEALED PUBLIC AUCTION. Your bid entries SHALL BE dropped in a bid box at the BAC Secretariat Office, Ground Floor, Right wing, Prov'l Capitol Bldg. Cabidianan , Nabunturan , Compostela Valley Province
- Bid Entries must be accompanied with a bid security in the form of Cash or manager’s check. Personal and certified checks shall not be accepted. Cash or Manager’s check in the amount equivalent to at least 10% of the total appraised value of each item or appraised value of each lot. ( " AS IS WHERE IS " basis)
- Financial proposal and bid security must be enclosed in separate envelopes. Each envelope shall bear bidder's name, address and the item or items or lot in which you are participating ( Bidders Forms are available at the BAC Secretariat Office Ground floor, Right wing, Prov'l Capitol Bldg.Cabidianan,Nabunturan, Compostela Valley).
- The Award shall be given to the Highest Bidder. The winning bidder should effect the full payment of his bid within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the notice of Award. Bid proposal lower than the appraised value shall be automatically disqualified.
- All prospective bidders are required to submit documents for accreditation with non-refundable payment in the amount of Php 300 only.
- Submit a certificate of inspection as part of technical requirement to manifest that ocular visit was conducted prior to the submission of Bids.
- Bid form is available at the BAC Secretariat Office, Ground floor, right wing Prov"l. Capitol Bldg. Cabidianan, Nabunturan Compostela Valley Province. For more details, please see the Head of Secretariat of the BAC.

Please be informed that the opening of Public Auction for unserviceable Equipment Motor Vehicles and Materials with Appraised Value which was scheduled yesterday, December 04, 2012 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon held at the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat Office, Ground Floor, Right Wing, Provincial Capitol Building., Cabidianan, Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Province is postponed to December 11, 2012, (Tuesday) at the same time and venue due to TYPHOON “PABLO” that hit Compostela Valley Province.
