Examination of quotations shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Quotation Forms can be obtained from the BAC Secretariat Office, 3^rd Floor, Right Wing, Executive Building, Provincial Capitol Complex, Cabidianan, Nabunturan, Davao de Oro.

The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, to annul the procurement process, and to reject all quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby, incurring any liability to the affected supplier or suppliers.
